Processing can take up to 5-7 business days before receiving a tracking number.

Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable)

All Items purchase are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

However, if you receive an item that is defective or damage. We would be happy to replace that item for you. Send us an email at with receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to manufacturer.
