Cancellations & Rescheduling:

* There is a 24 hour policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment. You will be charged 50% of cost.
* Same day cancellation or no show will be charge the full amount due for service.
* There is a 15 minute grace period if you’re late, please call the shop and inform someone. Arriving 15 minutes or more late. you will be charge a 15$ late fee.
* If you arrive a hour or more late , your appointment is subject to be canceled with NO REFUND. You can also reschedule!

WAXING:

* If transitioning from anything to waxing please allow your hair to fully grow out!
* We recommend properly exfoliating the night before your appointment for your service to go as smooth as possible.

FACIALS:

* Please arrive at least 10 minutes early before appointment to do your client consultation form.
* It’s best to remove facial piercings and make up before coming to your appointment
